- संस्था का उद्देश्य शिक्षा का प्रसार - प्रचार करना एवंम बालक व बालिकाओं के नैतिक, सामाजिक, शैक्षिक, शारीरिक, बौद्धिक, कलात्मक एवंम रचनात्मक उन्नति का समुचित प्रयास करना।
- संस्था का उद्देशय बालक - बालिकाओं के शिक्षा के उत्तरोत्तर विकास हेतु नर्सरी से प्राइमरी, जूनियर हाई स्कूल, हाई स्कूल, इण्टर कॉलेज, आवश्यकता पड़ने पर नियमानुसार महाविद्यालय की स्थापना करना व संचालन करना है।
- देश के निराश्रित, पिछड़ी, अनाथ, अति निर्धन, वनवासी के निवासी, अनुसूचित जाती के बालक - बालिकाओं के लिए निशुल्क आवास, शिक्षा, चिकित्सा एवंम संस्कार केंद्र चलाना है।
- संस्था का उद्देश्य निर्धन, असहाय बालक, विकलांग बालक, बालिकाओं को निशुल्क शिक्षा प्रदान करना व् उनको छात्रवृति दिलाने की व्यवस्था करना।
- संस्था का उद्देश्य सभी वर्गों के निर्धन व प्रतिभाशाली विद्यार्थियों के लिए छात्रवृति, पुस्तकें आदि का प्रबंध करना है।
- संथा का उद्देश्य शिक्षा हेतु कार्यक्रम चलाना है पर्यावरण हेतु जनता में जागरूकता लाना, वृक्षारोपण हेतु कार्यक्रम का विकास करना।
- संस्था का उद्देश्य योग साधना केंद्र को चलाना है जिसमे बालक, बालिकाओं को आध्यात्मिक ज्ञान प्राप्त हो सके।
- संस्था का उद्देश्य बालक, बालिकाओं को हस्तशिल्प, कंप्यूटर,टाइपिंग व बालिकॉन को सिलाई, कढ़ाई आदि और सरकार द्वारा चलाई जा रही विभिन्न योजनाओं को किर्यान्वन कर उन्हें रोजगार दिलाना व आत्मनिर्भर बनाना है।
- संस्था का उद्येश्य बालक, बालिकाओं को प्रारंभिक शिक्षा अपने द्वारा स्कूल में देकर उत्तराखंड सरकार द्वारा स्थापित राइट टू एजुकेशन (आर. टी. आई.) एक्ट के माध्यम से पब्लिक स्कूलों में फ्री शिक्षा का अध्यन कराना ताकि ये निर्धन व असहाय देश की मुख्या धारा में आकर देश के विकास हेतु अपना योगदान दे सके और धनवान व सक्षम बच्चो का मुकाबला कर सके।
- संस्था का उद्देश्य उपरोक्त के अलावा कोई नई योजना चलाना ताकि अनाथ बालक - बालिकाओं सक्षम करने में सहायक हो।
संस्था के सभी उद्देश्य सोसइटी रजिस्ट्रेशन एक्ट 1860 की धारा 1 से 20 के अनुसार पूर्ण रूप से चेरिटेबल एवंम अव्यावसायिक होंगे। तथा संस्था यूनियन, ट्रेड यूनियन, राजनैतिक व संघीया गतिविधयां संचालित नहीं करेगी।

- The aim of the organization is to provide primary education to boys and girls in its own school and to provide free education in public schools through the Right to Education (RTI) Act established by the Uttarakhand government so that these poor and helpless can come into the mainstream of the country and contribute to the development of the country and compete with rich and capable children.

All the objectives of the organization will be completely charitable and non-commercial as per Section 1 to 20 of the Society Registration Act 1860. And the organization will not conduct any union, trade union, political or associational activities
